Emerald Greens Golf and Country Club, located in Tampa, Florida, was in search of a way to increase its club membership. The club, which was founded in the early 70’s, had recently undergone some major club renovations over the past couple of years and wanted to promote this to help attract new members.
Emerald Greens was looking to target a number of neighborhoods in their marketing. They wanted to focus specifically within their Carrollwood community as well as reach out beyond that to bring in new members from surrounding areas. Deliver Media’s team of Marketing Experts were able to work with them to determine the neighborhoods along the carrier routes that were most likely to generate the greatest response, as well as target homes more specifically based on demographic selects. The high-impact Mega Postcard was selected for the mailing, a piece that measured 8.5″ x 11″, which would help them to standout in the mailbox. Deliver Media’s creative department designed a unique mailer that highlighted the clubs new greens as well as a variety of amenities that differentiated them from other competitors in the Tampa area. The mailer also included an aggressive and time-sensitive offer of 2 months’ worth of complementary dues to new members.
