With more than 675 locations, mostly owned by single-unit franchisees, Home Instead Senior Care needed a partner who could leverage their corporate website to drive traffic into each local market. Each market was different with varying consumer demographics and competitive landscape. Over 90% of the SEO budget was controlled at the franchisee level, however maintaining brand integrity was of utmost importance.

Approach

Deliver Media managed communication to the franchisee community. Our team contacted each franchisee to discuss their market and specific needs. We then developed a Digital Marketing Package that leveraged the full power of the brand to win in each local market. Monthly reporting was developed and analyzed for each local market and proactive Client Reviews were scheduled to get in-market feedback.

Results

Deliver Media has grown from working with 175 Home Instead Senior Care locations in 2014 to over 275 in 2017. Our ability to elevate each location to the top of relevant organic searches, execute pinpointed paid search, video, and email marketing campaigns continues to drive traffic and conversions. Our ability to manage content on each local Facebook page with our ifSocial tool makes it easy for the brand to set the social media foundation for each franchisee to build upon.
